Human Rights Policy

As Aydem Energy, we believe that we must maintain our leading position in the sector and create value for all our stakeholders, society and the environment in our journey of becoming a brand that transforms from local to national and from national to global. We know the importance of meeting the requirements of global standards for sustainability, and we adopt an approach that considers the sustainability of natural resources and the environment, with the responsibility of leaving healthy resources to future generations, taking into account their needs.

In this context;

Our company accepts Human Rights as an integral part of its Code of Ethics;

  • To ensure that our employees and business partners at Aydem Energy and all its subsidiary companies act in accordance with the Aydem Energy Human Rights Policy,

  • To respect the rights of the people living in the regions where we operate and to take precautions against rights violations,

  • To comply with national and international laws and regulations regarding Human Rights, and to ensure that our business partners also comply,

  • To base our commitments regarding Human Rights on the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, of which Turkey is a signatory,

  • To make decisions in line with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights in all our investment activities and operations covering these activities and to organize our activities accordingly,

  • Under no circumstances will discrimination be tolerated among our employees based on race, religion, language, color, age, gender, family status, national origin, health condition, physical disability, sexual orientation, possible or probable pregnancy, union activities or other factors determined by law. not to show,

  • Not to allow forced or forced labor under conditions that do not comply with laws and regulations at any stage of our activities, and not to purchase materials or services from companies that practice forced and forced labor,

  • To accept and value the age, religion, language, gender, race and cultural differences of all our stakeholders and to ensure that our egalitarian approach spreads to all our business partners and suppliers,

  • To prevent any situation that would hinder our employees' exercise of their right to freedom of expression in the work environment and to enable cooperation with non-governmental organizations,

  • To respect our employees' right to collective bargaining and freedom of association,

  • To provide our employees with healthy, ergonomic, hygienic, safe and satisfactory working conditions,

  • Not to allow violations of occupational health and safety principles that would endanger the health, safety and/or life of employees and to take the necessary precautions,

  • To be a socially reliable employer to our employees with our company reputation,

  • When creating the working environment and conditions, taking into account work-family life balance and the needs of working parents,

  • Never tolerate incidents such as ill-treatment, intimidation, inhuman or degrading treatment, psychological violence, harassment and abuse through any verbal or written communication in the work environment,

  • To stand against all violent behavior in the workplace or in the private lives of our employees, including domestic violence, violence against nature and animals,

  • To be environmentally sensitive for a livable and green world and to prioritize the principle of nature protection in all its activities.
